It was difficult, very difficult, to take on this text. But – necessary. Given the stressful conditions and recent events, we had to significantly rethink our development principles, what we are going for.
After all, our task is to preserve and develop our principles – environmental friendliness, innovativeness and organicism, stability, profitability, transparency – in the conditions of social turbulence.
Let’s start with objective realities.
War, fuel crisis, economic crisis make us think about diversification of risks, formation of sustainable resource and cash funds, reduction of production costs…
On the other hand, there are pluses – our site, adjacent to the borders of Hungary and Romania, becomes strategically important, and the food crisis that has occurred significantly increases our profitability and liquidity.
And the first thing is to increase the investment portfolio by attracting investors from all over the world, both in fiat money and through crypto investments.
Given the growing interest and sympathy for Ukraine, now is the time to do so by constructing a basic model of our development.
Now it is clear to every investor that after the end of the war a huge amount of money will be poured into Ukraine by international organizations and privately, which makes investments here as attractive as possible.
For our part, we must promptly prepare a number of profitable projects for financing, prepare financing and withdrawal schemes, and ensure confident and transparent operation of the company during the war period.
What kind of projects are we talking about?

- General Interest Financing. We started at 100% APR in our early 20’s, then dropped the rate to 75 and settled on 50. However, due to exigent circumstances, we have raised the rate again to 100 (until 01.06.22), further we will reduce it to 75 (until 01.09.22) and then back to 50. We have been successfully working with such financing for two years, the depositors are satisfied. However, this tool seems outdated to us and we plan to gradually move it to crypto, which will be discussed next.

The company has a large number of industrial sites that it plans to utilize for modern processing – blast freezing, cold processing bio-additives and more. - Other projects.
We have a whole package of proposals for growing and processing a variety of crops, building an eco-park and eco-village.
As earmarked or general funding becomes available, these projects will be developed and launched.
Funding Pathways.
- We have already submitted 15 million for reparations from the Russian Federation. dollars. There is no doubt that this amount will be received, but apparently not for some time to come.
- Participation in international programs to overcome the food crisis. We have already submitted 60 million UAH to the UN program, and in the near future we expect other opportunities for state and international support.
- And, of course, private investors. We have been successfully and mutually beneficially working on the programs mentioned at the beginning of the article for two years. BUT! Now, given the worldwide compassion, sympathy and interest in Ukrainian business, a window of opportunity has opened to attract money from around the world. - Tokenization of the company. We put up legal guarantees in the white paper that the token is secured. The tokens are issued at a price of 10 cents. Which corresponds to 0.000002% of the company’s value today. Within a year of issuance, as demand increases or according to a schedule, the price of the token is raised to the nearest prospective price of the company, i.e. 30 cents, and the token goes public.
