2 Model

It consists of basic (agribusiness) and utilitarian

• basic - quarterly payment of dividends from agribusiness in the amount of 75% of the profit of agribusiness equally for all purchased tokens
• utilitarian - using the token as a native payment unit in the AGTInw smart network. This network generates the utility value of distributed computing without being tied to assets, utilities, or demand; in the form of knowledge and solutions. This is a step forward after blockchain and AI; received high praise from authoritative international sources and a test version of limited functionality is being prepared for release.

AGTI is also a payment unit in games developed by AgroGloryTime Corporation.

Utilitarian functions increase the need (and price) of AGTI without being tied to agribusiness. IMHO, a successful launch of AGTInw can increase the value of AGTI hundreds of times in a couple of years. On the other hand, now agribusiness is the base and source of financing for utility companies.

3 Average token value and payout (agribusiness)

4 Our view on the market valuation of the token –

1000 AGTIs are worth $1000 today if the market estimates the quarterly payout for 1000 AGTIs to be $10-30 one year from now and $15-50 two years from now. These are quite real figures for agribusiness and WITHOUT taking into account the utilitarian function.

The conclusion from paragraphs 3 and 4 - in our opinion, as of 01.01.2024/0.8/1, the fair price of AGTI is $XNUMX-XNUMX with an upward trend.

5 AGTI security

• 100000 AGTI can be exchanged for 16000 shares of OJSC APG "Zakarpatskyi Sad" (YEDRPOU 00413771), while the tokens are burned to preserve the balance of shares and tokens. Zakarpattia Garden is the largest landowner in Transcarpathia.
• 10000 AGTI can be exchanged for 1 ton of AgroGloryTime products, the exchange methodology will be displayed on the website before the listing.

6 Anti-dumping measures

• AGTI's utilitarian features and security plus advantageous staking will significantly reduce price pressure. In the event of a price drop and buying a large amount of AGTI cheaply by person X – X will be able to get a minority stake, or a large amount of production, or simply receive dividends. The price will gradually return to a fair one for agribusiness, taking into account utilitarian functions. Therefore, it is not wise to sell AGTI cheaply.
