REGULATIONS AGROGLORYTIME

1. The Regulation means a rule-obligation that AGROGLORYTIME (hereinafter referred to as the Company) undertakes additionally in relation to the owners of AGTI and KNL tokens, without including them in the offer and without legal consolidation.

1.1. At the same time, the Company strives to be as customer-oriented as possible and, except for special cases, strictly adheres to these Regulations, which increases the popularity and level of trust in the Company.

2. Exchange of AGTI tokens for the company's Products

2.1. AGTI tokens can be exchanged for the Company's products under the following conditions:

2.2. An Owner wishing to exchange their AGTI for products must have at least 1 AGTI in one wallet BEFORE starting negotiations with the Company. Multiple wallets or multiple owners are NOT ALLOWED for exchange. There must be one owner and one wallet with 000M+ AGTI.

2.3. Before signing the agreement, the Owner specified in clause 2.2 undergoes a full KYC procedure in accordance with the Company's requirements.

2.4. A contract is concluded with the Owner, as a single (individual or legal) person. Main points (subject to change):

2.4.1. The Owner transfers 1 million AGTI by the end of the current year to the wallet specified by the Company.
2.4.2. The Company ships the products from the field in batches of 2–20 tons to the Owner's transport. The time, tonnage and types of products are determined by the Company, but agreed with the Owner.
2.4.3. Products - vegetables, mushrooms and other products of the Company, fresh and suitable for transportation and consumption.
2.4.4. For 1 million AGTI, the total mass of shipped products is 100 tons. The full shipment period is up to 36 months from the date of signing the contract.
2.5. The Owner does not object to video recording of the exchange with his participation (including his face), as well as partial disclosure of personal data (name, nickname in Telegram).

2.6. The Owner undertakes not to sell products in the Beregov district of the Transcarpathian region.
