Pavlo Drobyshev is a man who knows how to create not just successful projects, but also revolutionary solutions. In this interview, he shares stories that have never been heard publicly before: how he was a sparring partner in professional boxing, why he left science for business in 1992, and how the idea of tokenizing agribusiness was born.

Find out what drives this man, how he overcomes obstacles, and what goals he sets for himself in the coming years. This interview is not just facts, but inspiration and exclusive details from the life of an entrepreneur who is always one step ahead.

1. The beginning of a career and the first million

— Pavlo Valerievich, tell us how you earned your first million at the age of 25? What key decisions led you to this success?

— It was back in 1994… In those days, money was literally flying in the air. For example, the multi-billion dollar Zaporizhstal was bought by the guys Shifrin and Schneider for 80 thousand dollars. All you had to do was reach out and make sure it wasn’t torn off.

2. Acquisition of “Transcarpathian Garden”

— What prompted you to purchase shares in OJSC APG “Zakarpatsky Sad” in the early 2000s? What goals did you set for yourself during this acquisition?

— The largest state farm factory in the region with the largest land area was completely bankrupt and plundered by a famous raider, FSB agent Volodymyr Gisem. I came to the aid of the labor collective, bought out their shares and built a full-cycle cognac factory for the first time in the CIS, which in 2004 was included in the TOP-100 enterprises of Ukraine. It was impossible not to pick up such a diamond that the raiders simply threw in the mud.

3. Transition to agribusiness

— How did the idea of starting a greenhouse business come about? What difficulties did you encounter at the initial stage?

— Since 2015, after changes in legislation, it has become possible to use non-cognac spirits in the production of cognac. I did not want to make “fuel”, and in terms of price, real cognac is always more expensive than surrogates. Therefore, I decided to leave this business and engage in intensive agriculture, which turned out to be even more profitable.

4. Collaboration with Daria Novgorodkina

— How did you meet Daria Novgorodkina, and what role does she play in the development? AgroGloryTime?

— I met her as a musician, and I appreciated her talents in growing plants later. She is the one who runs the entire practical agribusiness and has achieved land capitalization of over $1 million per hectare.

5. Raider attacks and their overcoming

— In 2022, the company faced raider attacks. How did you manage to protect the business and employees during this difficult period?

— The FSB residency is actively engaged in raiding and destroying Transcarpathia. No one on the spot can resist them, so we turned to counterintelligence in Kyiv. The result: Ivan Chubirko is in prison, Volodymyr Gisem is under criminal investigation, Myroslav Gisem is on the international wanted list, Vasyl Vatsko is on trial, Anton Cheypesh is under criminal investigation. First positions, then pardons — this approach is now unchanged.

6. Innovation and tokenization

— What inspired you to create your AGTI token? How do you assess its impact on the company's development?

— We are the only ones in the world who have correctly tokenized agribusiness. The AGTI token allows us to attract investments from all over the world and pay quarterly dividends, which in a record period reached 135% per annum.

7. Partnership with Serhiy Tigipko

— It is reported that Serhiy Tigipko invested in your business. How did your cooperation develop?

— In 2008, he left the program due to his candidacy for president. We parted ways on good terms.

8. Combining agribusiness and IT

— How do you see the synergy between the agricultural sector and IT?

— We are developing the AGTInw intellectual network and games that increase the demand and capitalization of AGTI, and with it, agribusiness.

9. Future plans

— What strategic goals do you set for the company for the next 5–10 years?

  1. Capitalize at least 100 hectares at a price above $1 million per hectare.
  2. Bring the price of AGTI to $5.
  3. Develop the AGTInw network to work effectively worldwide.
  4. Grow the community to 10 million people.

10. Personal growth and motivation

— What motivates you to develop your business, despite the difficulties?

— Someone who does what they love doesn't have to work.

11. Conflict with the Uzhhorod Cognac Plant

— Tell me, what caused the conflict?

— FSB agent Volodymyr Gisem is robbing Transcarpathia, so I continue the difficult fight against him. Any patriot of Ukraine would do the same.

12. Family and emigration

— Why did you stay in Ukraine, despite the possibility of emigration?

— I have a big business in Ukraine, and I connect my life with this country.

13. The biggest investment

— Tell us about the largest investment the company has made.

— I invested $10 million, and the pool of investors from the USA and Israel invested $50 million. These funds have already been returned.

14. The secret to success

— What do you see as the secret to success?

— I'm just on the path to success. The main rule: never give up.

15. Scientific activities

— Why did you decide to leave academia? How did it influence your approach to business?

— In 1992, I stood in line for 3 hours to get a $3 grant. It was the last straw for me to go into business. With the advent of cryptocurrency, I saw a new meaning in scientific work.

16. Blitz poll

— What's the craziest idea you've ever had that never came to fruition?

— The AGTInw network is also in the process of implementation.

— What do you dislike most about modern business?

— Money is a lost soul — however, this applies not only to business.

— If not agribusiness, then what?

— AGTInw.

— What is the most unexpected place you have been?

— Latin American jungle.

— What do you consider your main mistake?

— I didn't make a mining farm in 2013.

— What is your biggest fear related to business?

— Those who are afraid have nothing to do in business.

— Do you remember what you spent your first salary on?

— For ice cream.

— If you had a chance to change something in Ukraine, what would it be?

  1.  I would make the country a tax haven, a transit hub, a paradise for cryptocurrencies.
  2. It would introduce unconditional, personal, and immediate strict liability for officials, law enforcement officers, and judges for illegal actions and decisions. In particular, it would introduce integrity checks using "Diya" and the global blockchain.

— What do you think is the mission of a modern entrepreneur?

— Make money within the law, and don't make up ridiculous good intentions.

— What's in your crypto portfolio? Which coins do you consider promising?

— AGTI, BTC, BNB, ETH. But all fundamental (not meme!) coins have prospects.

Tell us something exclusive about yourself that no one else knows.

— I was Andriy Oliynyk's sparring partner during his preparation for the fight with Henry Akinwande.

This interview is not only a success story, but also a candid look at the challenges an entrepreneur overcomes. Pavel Drobyshev continues to build a future where agribusiness and technology go hand in hand, and the AGTI token becomes a new symbol of investment freedom.
