AgroGloryTime: How a Zakarpattia Agribusiness Grows Without Grants or Loans — and Has Been Paying Investors for 17 Quarters in a Row

How an agricultural group with roots in a Soviet state farm-factory tokenized its business, builds greenhouses with private investors’ money and looks for partners near the EU border.
In wartime, Ukrainian agribusiness is short of workers, reliable energy and, above all, capital. Most companies look for money in banks, grant programs and from the state.
The Zakarpattia-based AgroGloryTime group chose a different path.
According to the founders, the group has not taken any grants, bank loans or state aid. Its capital came from private investors — first into greenhouses, then through its own token, AGTI.
Since October 1, 2022, the company has made payouts to token holders every quarter. The payout on October 1, 2026 was the seventeenth in a row.
Today the group has 18 greenhouses with a total area of about 2 hectares, and another hectare is under construction. The greenhouses yield up to 1,000 tonnes of vegetables a year; mushroom production adds up to 100 tonnes.
Annual revenue, according to the company, is about $2 million. The token has about 3,000 holders.
The farm has 2,062 hectares of land in its use, right at the border of the European Union. For this land, the company is looking for a strategic investor for a €20 million project.
This is not just a story about greenhouses.
It is an example of how a private business in a country at war finances itself — and, at the same time, earns money for those who believed in it.
